Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete delivery of assigned major engagements within scope, timing, and quality requirements.
- Manage communication among stakeholders: customers, Quest Global Leadership, and technical leaders.
- Manage expectations among commercial & technical teams.
- Drive collaboration between onshore & offshore teams to enable smooth project execution.
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively identify & mitigate risk or bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop excellent delivery capabilities within the center.
