The Selection Process
The recruitment procedure will be performed in three parts.
Skill test (screening): Candidates must play at least one instrument from the prescribed list.
Band Performance Test (75 marks)
60 marks for instrument playing.
Bonus of 15 marks (for additional instruments)
Interview (25 marks)
Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

Medical Examination
The final merit will be determined based on performance in the Band Test and Interview.
Musical Instrument Requirement
Candidates must have expertise of instruments from the following categories:
List A (Mandatory, Any One Required):
Flute, clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, trombone, French horn, bass tuba, drum, etc.
List B (Optional – Bonus Marks):
Keyboard, Guitar, Indian Classical Instruments like Sitar, Tabla, Harmonium, etc.
