The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)will receive organised instruction through the Apprenticeship program to gain practical exposure and hands on experience in assigned field.The trainee will assist with day to day operations,understand organisational procedure,and gain technical and professional skills necessary for future career advancement.

Responsibilities
Main Tasks, Responsibilities, and Authorities:
- Assembly Line Setup & Preparation.
- Team Board Management (SQDCEP).
- Daily audits and gap point closures.
- Leading Autonomous Teams.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Change point management (4M) includes RCA and countermeasures to address 4M concerns.
- Continuous improvement.

Key Skills:
Assist with regular department operations and allocated projects.
Learn and apply technical knowledge in practical situations.
Support documentation, reporting, and data analysis responsibilities.
Coordinate with team members on project implementation.
Follow the company’s policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
Attend training classes, workshops, and review meetings.
Prepare progress reports and send learning updates to supervisors.
