Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic & dedicated individuals to join us as Check in Executives at airport.In this entry level role,you will be first point of contact for passenger,responsible for ensuring a smooth & efficient check in process.Your role is vital in creating positive first impression of Bluespirit.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet travellers & help with check in processes.
- Verify travel document & provide boarding permits.
- Provide information,& support to passengers about flight schedules,delays,& cancellations.
- Handle and resolve all customer complaints,& difficulties.
- Collaborate with other airport staff to provide seamless journey for passenger.
- Follow all safety,& security requirements.
- Keep a clean and organised check in area.
- Upsell and push extra services to passengers,such as seat upgrades,& travel insurance.
- Complete administrative activities,such as creating flight manifests,& gathering passenger information.
Requirements
- High school diploma,or equivalent.
- Excellent communication & customers service abilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced & dynamic setting.
- Excellent attention to detail & correctness.
- Basic computing capabilities.
- Be willing to work flexible hours,including Saturdays,& holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time & be physically fit.
- Capacity to perform successfully both individually and in a group
- Must pass a background check & acquire requisite airport security clearance.
