Job Description

We are looking for experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer that has extensive experience bidding, tendering, & estimating HVAC projects. The applicants will be responsible for project based sales, technical coordination, documentation, & business development operations in Mechanical MEP industry.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be in charge of managing the entire project sales process, including development & filing of bids & tenders, cost estimation, and techno-commercial paperwork for HVAC projects. The role entails working with internal engineering, execution,& design teams to ensure that bids are accurate and meet project objectives. The applicants will also contribute to business development efforts by cold calling,/ following up with clients, & identifying new project prospects. Maintaining accurate documentation, proposals, Bill of Quantities BOQs, drawings, & contractual documents will be crucial to function.

Technical requirements

The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Mechanical MEP industry, notably HVAC systems. This involves hands-on experience with HVAC project execution, design principles, and system integration. Expertise in utility piping design and execution, chilled water system design, and HVAC system layouts is required. The candidate should have the ability to properly comprehend technical drawings, specifications, and tender papers.

Business Development and Communication

The positions necessitates clear communication with consultants, contractors, & clients. Knowledge of cold calling, lead creation, & business development strategies will be advantages. The candidate should be able to propose technical solutions & facilitate negotiations throughout the pre sales stage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields
  • Proven expertise with HVAC project sales (bidding, tendering, & estimation)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design, execution, & chilled water systems.
  • Understanding of utility piping systems & mechanical MEP projects.
  • Experience with documentation & technical commercial submissions
  • Experience in cold calling & business development is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, & analytical skills.

Experience requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in project estimation.
  • Can start immediately.
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Sales
