Selection Process

Selection procedure include online written test followed by personal interview.Meet eligibility requirement alone does not guarantee shortlisting for examination,or interview stage.

Important Instructions for Central Bank of India AGM Specialist Recruitment 2026 Candidates

  1. Only one application per candidate – multiple applications will result in forfeiture of fee paid for other registrations.
  2. Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid is neither refunded nor held in reserve.
  3. Candidates must ensure eligibility before applying – the Bank reserves the right to reject applications at any stage.
  4. Minimum CIC score of 650 is mandatory with no credit default in the credit report.
  5. Indemnity bond of INR 3,00,000/- must be executed if selected (valid for 3 years of service).
  6. Probation period of 2 years from the date of joining.
  7. Initial posting will be at Mumbai,& thereafter transferable anywhere in India as per bank transfer policy.
  8. Government/PSU/Nationalized Bank employees must produce NOC from employer at the time of interview.
  9. OBC candidates in ‘Creamy Layer’ will be treated as ‘General Category’.
  10. No Travelling Allowance is payable to candidate call for interview. However,unemployed SC/ST candidates will be paid 2nd Class Rail/Ordinary Bus fare on production of travel evidence.
